What is error correction level?

Error correction allows the QR code to be read even when partially damaged. Level L handles 7% damage, M handles 15%, Q handles 25%, and H handles 30%. Use H for printed codes that may get dirty.

How large can the input text be?

QR codes can hold up to about 4,296 alphanumeric characters. For URLs, shorter is better. Very long text may produce a dense code that is harder to scan.
